## The short answer

Polyshares lists a $450,000 roofing license and a $275,000 solar license, both unnamed and self-reported, and its intake names ServiceTitan. Home service records hold customer names, addresses and job notes. Customer data, software terms and recording laws decide what leaves. Have a lawyer read your contracts first.

One buyer publishes deals in the trades. This page covers those, the records and the rules that apply.

## Who lists home services?

[Polyshares](/buyers/polyshares)' [case studies page](https://polyshares.com/track-record) lists a roofing company under home services at $450,000 and a solar company under energy at $275,000. It describes each as a perpetual exclusive license to the operational record, anonymized before delivery. Company names stay confidential and the page carries no dates. Both rows sit in the [deals tracker](/deals).

Every figure is Polyshares' own. Its [homepage](https://polyshares.com/) says its founders licensed data on their own companies first, and its partner bios name a roofing company and a solar company among their past firms. The case studies don't say whether either listed deal is one of those.

The same homepage lists ServiceTitan among the systems it asks about, and its [intake](https://polyshares.com/intake) adds Housecall Pro and Jobber under field operations. micro1's page lists six areas and none is home services. A micro1 referral partner told an unnamed, unverifiable story about a Florida pool builder in a micro1 video. See [whether industry matters](/answers/does-industry-matter-for-selling-company-data) and the [construction page](/answers/sell-construction-company-data-to-ai) for the general contractor deal.

## What does a home service firm hold?

[ServiceTitan's help page on exporting Housecall Pro data](https://help.servicetitan.com/docs/export-your-housecall-pro-data) lists three reports: customers (names, contact details and notes), jobs (invoice numbers, the customer and line items) and estimates. Customer addresses and phone numbers are the main personal data. My [customer data page](/answers/is-it-legal-to-sell-customer-data) covers notice and consent rules.

## What do home service software terms say?

[Housecall Pro's terms](https://www.housecallpro.com/terms-of-service/) say customer data a Pro enters remains the Pro's property. They also say user data may train Housecall Pro's own AI models, and that Housecall Pro owns anonymized, aggregated data derived from the service.

[ServiceTitan's API and Data Authorization terms](https://www.servicetitan.com/legal/api-data-authorization) make the customer and its authorized partners solely responsible for privacy-law compliance when data moves to a partner.

[Jobber's terms](https://getjobber.com/terms-of-service/) give Jobber a perpetual license, with a right to sublicense, to content you submit. Read your own contract.

## What about call recordings?

Federal law allows recording with one party's consent unless the purpose is criminal or tortious ([18 U.S.C. 2511(2)(d)](https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/2511)). Florida's statute allows interception when all parties have given prior consent ([934.03(2)(d)](https://www.leg.state.fl.us/statutes/index.cfm?App_mode=Display_Statute&URL=0900-0999/0934/Sections/0934.03.html)). See [call recordings](/answers/can-i-sell-call-recordings-to-ai).

## Does a trades firm clear the headcount line?

micro1's [pages](https://www.micro1.ai/data-partnerships) say 30 or more employees, with mature operations (self-reported). Its undated [Enterprise Data Partnership post](https://req.micro1.ai/post/74520e8b-4673-4da5-b855-53609aaf6710) lists 30 to 200, while the main pages set no upper limit, so a firm over 200 should confirm the program with micro1.

I found no published count of trades firms by headcount, so I can't say how typical a 30-employee firm is. See [micro1's minimum](/answers/micro1-data-partnership-minimum-employees).

Run the [rights check](/rights-check) before you list anything. Talk to a privacy or commercial lawyer in your state before you sign.
