Which tools does each AI data company accept?

The short answer

Four of the seven company-data programs we track name tools on their own pages. Troveo names 34, including Gmail, Outlook, Zendesk and Shopify. Mercor names nine and says it supports 100+. Polyshares and SimpleClosure name a handful. micro1, Handshake AI and Replay describe data types and name no tools.

If you run your company on Gmail, Outlook or Shopify, the first question is whether anyone takes that data at all. I read each company's own pages on 14 Oct 2026 and wrote down every tool it names.

Where a company names none, the cell says "Not listed", which means its pages are silent on that tool.

Which tools does each AI data company name on its own pages?

"Yes" means the tool is named on that company's page. "Sample offer" means it appears only in an illustrative offer. Sources: Mercor, Troveo, Polyshares, SimpleClosure, Replay, micro1 and Handshake AI.

How do AI data companies take data out of your tools?

Mercor asks you to link accounts from its 100+ supported tools and says its platform extracts and de-identifies the data. Troveo says "No OAuth into your systems" and guides you through exports instead.

Polyshares asks only for record counts at intake and says nothing leaves your systems before you accept an offer. SimpleClosure takes a short form or a GitHub connection. Replay says it exports the data securely, then removes identifiers.

Can you license Gmail or Outlook data to an AI data company?

Mercor and Troveo both name Gmail and Outlook. Polyshares shows Gmail only in a sample offer, and SimpleClosure says "Email" without naming a provider.

Email holds other people's words: customers, vendors and former staff. Whether you can license it turns on your notices and contracts, so run the rights check before any inbox leaves your hands.

Which AI data companies accept Shopify, Stripe or QuickBooks data?

Troveo is the only company here that names Shopify, Stripe, QuickBooks and NetSuite, under its finance and business platforms group. Store and payment records carry customer personal data, so expect de-identification to strip more of them than of a Jira board.

Does any AI data company name Gong?

None of the seven names Gong. Polyshares lists call recordings among the records it takes, and Troveo names Zoom. If your sales calls live in Gong, ask whether transcripts and recordings count, and who removes the voices and names.

What if an AI data company does not list your tool?

Troveo's page says that if your team works in a system, "it's likely to be valuable." Mercor names nine tools and says it supports 100+. micro1 describes data types such as SOPs, knowledge bases and CRM data instead of tools.

So treat "Not listed" as a question to put to the company. The size and history each program asks for is in do you qualify for an AI data program, and the pay terms are in micro1 alternatives.
