Vaultfish is operated by Digital Gravity, LLC. "We", "us" and "our" mean Digital Gravity, LLC, and "you" means anyone using the site or its tools. You can reach us through the contact page.

Information, not legal advice

We are not a law firm and nobody here is your lawyer. Nothing on this site or in our tools is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and using the site creates no attorney-client relationship. We gather facts and checklists. We never judge a specific contract or say whether you may license a set of data. Ask counsel about your own situation.

No guarantee of a price, a buyer or a result

Fit check results, ranges and company figures on this site are illustrative. Dollar figures are claims from the source named beside them, often self-reported by the company.

No tool or page promises you a price, a deal or an outcome. The fit check can end at Too early or Clarify rights first, and a readiness review can end at a no.

Our tools

The fit check and the rights check turn your answers into a rough score or a checklist using the method published on the methodology page.

This is a preliminary screen based on your answers. It does not establish licensing rights, buyer acceptance or a valuation. It is not an offer or a legal conclusion.

What to send us and what not to

Do not send raw records, credentials, API keys, passwords or confidential customer or employee data through any form, email or call. We never need them. What our forms collect, how long we keep it and how to ask for deletion are on the privacy page.

Other companies and links

We describe companies from their own pages and from dated reports. We do not endorse them and we cannot guarantee their facts stay current. Any dealing you have with them runs under their terms, not ours. Where we may earn money from a company, the disclosure page and a label beside the link say so.

Accuracy and corrections

We still get things wrong, and companies change their terms. If you spot an error, tell us and we will correct the page.

Using the site

Use the site lawfully. Do not scrape it in a way that burdens it, do not present our content as legal advice, and do not present it as an offer or statement from any company we describe. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back to the page.

Limits on our liability

The site and tools are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make or losses you suffer from relying on them. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have that the law does not let us limit.

We may update these terms. The new version replaces this page, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
