License HubSpot CRM data to AI: terms and export

The short answer

License HubSpot CRM data to AI: Troveo names HubSpot. HubSpot trains its own models on your data by default. A Super Admin can opt out going forward. Contacts are customer personal data, so CCPA and your contracts set the limits. No price published for HubSpot data alone.

My CRM data page covers what buyers want from any CRM. This page covers what is specific to HubSpot.

Which companies name HubSpot?

Troveo lists HubSpot with Salesforce, Intercom and Zendesk under CRM, sales and support. micro1's data partnerships page lists CRM data. Mercor's data page names Salesforce and does not name HubSpot. All of these are self-reported.

What does HubSpot say about training its own models?

HubSpot's page says it may use customer data to train and improve its own AI models, both for features inside one account and for features shared across accounts. A Super Admin can opt out at any time. The setting is on by default.

The page says opting out does not limit access to AI features. It also says previously used data cannot be deleted from trained models, and that opt-outs apply only going forward. Accounts with Sensitive Data turned on are opted out by default and cannot opt in.

How does a HubSpot export work?

From a record view, an export button sends a download link by email, in CSV, XLSX or XLS. By default only the properties and associations in the view are included, and the options include all properties. HubSpot's page says download links expire after 30 days and caps exports at 300 per rolling 24 hours, with up to 3 at once.

An export shows what a record holds today. A buyer asking for history needs more, and that is a question for the buyer's data manifest.

What limits sit on licensing CRM data?

Contact records are personal information about people who never agreed to licensing. See the CCPA test and customer consent. My rights check asks what personal data the records hold and what your customer contracts allow.
