An AI data company that extracts, anonymizes and licenses company operating records to frontier AI labs, paying on acceptance.

By Information, not legal adviceHow we are paid

Type
AI lab or data lab. Licenses or partners for the data itself, under its own agreement.
Data it wants

Connected operating records across finance and accounting, healthcare operations, sales and deals, people operations and IT service management.

Sources include email, chat, documents, CRM, HR, ERP and data warehouses. It says it supports 188 enterprise applications.

Who it takes

No minimum published. Its form's headcount options start at up to 50 employees, and it takes operating, winding-down and closed companies.

Not stated.

How it earns

Not published. Centific licenses the data to AI labs and says it pays for extraction, anonymization and transfer, with no setup fees or deductions.

Process
  1. A call to review your applications and data. You leave with a written estimate of what the dataset is worth.
  2. Connect the in-scope applications read-only, with your exclusions written into the extraction code.
  3. A single extraction runs in the background.
  4. Anonymization, then you review and sign off a sample pack.
  5. Payment on acceptance. It says most partnerships reach a first accepted contribution in six to ten weeks, and most partners then move to a quarterly refresh.
Payout claims
  • No figure published. Pay depends on volume, applications connected, work complexity, data quality and how rare comparable data is. Annotation by your own employees is optional and priced separately.
Security claims
  • No certification named on the page we read.
  • Says extraction is read-only, encrypted in transit, scoped to one credential set per engagement and logged against a named, time-bound roster.
  • Says AI labs and third parties never see raw data, and no person reads it during extraction.
De-identification and privacy

Personal data is removed, with synthetic rewriting where a record's structure must survive.

You review an anonymized sample before use. No de-identification standard is named.

Terms for companies
  • License or ownership. Its page says you license the data and never hand it over. Companies winding down can use a separate asset-purchase agreement.
  • Your warranties. Not published.
  • Your indemnity and audit. Not published.
  • Liability cap. Not published.
  • Governing law. Not published.

Check before you share anything

These are facts from the company's own pages or from news and court reports, listed so you can ask about them. They are not verdicts. Companies change their terms, so confirm each one on the company's own page.

  • No price or range is published.
  • Wind-down deals use an asset-purchase agreement, a different deal from a license. Ask which one you are signing.
  • The labs are not named and the contract is not public.
