Managed readiness

Get your records ready for a buyer while we do the legwork

We turn descriptions and counts of your records into a file a buyer and your counsel can work from. You keep the records. It is optional and quoted in writing first.

How it runs

  1. A free call. A free 20 to 30 minute call with Matt on whether to pursue this at all, which buyers might fit and what to fix first.

Within two business days you get a short written recap with one next step: an introduction, a readiness quote, or "not worth pursuing now, and why".

  2. A written scope and quote. The systems covered, the five pieces, the price, the schedule and the cancellation terms. You pay nothing before you agree to it.
  3. Your intake. Descriptions and counts, in a worksheet we send you.
  4. The file. Delivered 2 to 3 weeks from a complete intake, then up to 2 rounds of revisions.

What we never do

  • Give legal, tax or valuation advice, or say whether you may license a given set of data.
  • Receive your records, hold your credentials or sit in a data room.
  • Read, negotiate, sign or send agreements for you.
  • Promise a buyer, a price or a timeline.
  • Take a percentage of your deal, or a referral fee from a law firm or any licensed professional we point you to.

Fee

Managed readiness is optional, scoped and quoted in writing before you pay. The price depends on how many systems we inventory, and the quote says so before you pay.

By this fee. micro1 may pay us a referral fee if a company we introduce goes ahead with it, on micro1's own terms for when it pays. No other company pays us one. You pay nothing extra, and any link that can earn us a fee is marked "paid link".

We never take a percentage of your deal. The disclosure page explains our fees and how paid links work.

Questions

Do you handle our data?

No. We work from descriptions, counts, titles, dates and locations. We never receive records, confidential contract text or personal data. We never accept credentials, API keys or data-room access.

Is managed readiness legal advice?

No. The readiness file is an inventory and a list of questions for your lawyer. Your lawyer gives the advice, and we can point you to one who knows this area.

Do you promise a buyer or a price?

No. The readiness file shows what your records and your answers support. Every buyer runs its own review, and nobody can promise a deal, a figure or a timeline.

What does managed readiness cost, and when do we pay?

The price depends on how many systems we inventory, and it is set in a written quote. You pay only after you accept the quote, which spells out cancellation and refund terms.

How long does managed readiness take?

2 to 3 weeks from a complete intake, with 2 rounds of revisions.
