What we collect, who touches it, and what we never receive

We collect your answers and contact details. We never receive your company's records. You talk to Matt directly.

Information, not legal adviceHow we are paid

Glim stands guard in front of a closed vault door, fins crossed.

What we collect

  • Fit check answers. Your answers to the seven questions, an optional industry, the score they produce and the path you pick.
  • Contact details. Name, work email, company, company website, and an optional role and phone number, when you send the fit check or ask for an introduction.
  • Messages. What you write in the contact form or the chat.
  • Analytics. Pageviews, which links and buttons get used, whether a form was submitted, and session recordings with every keystroke masked. Your browser tab also holds the campaign tags on the link you arrived from, and clears them when you close the tab.

We collect no advertising identifier. The rights check keeps your answers in your browser.

How we use it

  • To show your result and reply to you.
  • To book a call when you ask for one.
  • To see which pages led to the fit check, so we can fix the ones that confuse people.
  • To introduce you to a buyer, and only when you tick that buyer's box. Matt sends the introduction himself, by email, after you have talked.

We do not sell your details and we do not use them for ads.

How long we keep it

CRM records stay while we are in touch and for up to 24 months after the last contact, then we delete them. PostHog events and recordings expire under the retention settings of our PostHog project, and we remove them when you ask. To delete everything we hold, send a request through the contact form with the email you used. We remove your CRM record, your PostHog person and any email copy within 30 days and tell you when it is done.

Who processes it

VendorRoleWhat it handles
GoHighLevelCRMYour fit check answers, contact details, the path you pick, the booking calendar and the optional chat. Matt reads and answers them here.
PostHogProduct analyticsPageviews, clicks, form submissions and session recordings with everything you type masked. Requests travel through this site's own address to PostHog's US servers. If your browser is set to a European time zone, it stores nothing in your browser until you accept cookies.
ResendEmail deliveryContact form messages, and a copy of a fit check submission when the CRM is unavailable.
VercelHostingServes the site and passes form submissions to the CRM and to email.
Cloudflare TurnstileSpam checkChecks that a form is sent by a person. Forms need it to load.

Two light analytics counters also run, Google Analytics and cookieless Humblytics. If your browser is set to a European time zone, we ask before any analytics cookie is set, and the cookie section lists what each tool stores. The privacy page lists every vendor and setting in full, and it changes in the same commit as any change to the setup.

The fit check, a discovery call, the tools, the guides and introductions are free to your company. Managed readiness is optional, scoped and quoted in writing before you pay.

micro1 may pay us a referral fee if a company we introduce goes ahead with it, on micro1's own terms for when it pays. No other company pays us one. You pay nothing extra, and any link that can earn us a fee is marked "paid link".

We never take a percentage of your deal. The disclosure page explains our fees and how paid links work.
