micro1 data partnership requirements, side by side

The short answer
micro1's current public criteria list 30+ employees, mature operations and primarily English documentation, with US companies prioritized. Its pages state no data-size threshold. Acceptance depends on micro1's review and current demand. An undated micro1 forum talk gave different, earlier figures.
micro1's pages are the current source. micro1's undated recorded forum talk gave different figures, so I keep them beside the pages as history.
What does micro1 ask for?
| Requirement | micro1 pages (current) | Undated micro1 forum talk (historical) |
|---|---|---|
| Employees | "30+ employees" on the data page and the referral page | Earlier figure: 20 full-time |
| Operations | Mature operations with established documentation | Not named |
| Data volume | No size threshold stated | Earlier figure: about 1 TB across the corpus |
| Language | "Primarily English" on its Enterprise Data Partnership listing, no percentage | Earlier figure: about 80% English |
| Industry | No restriction stated | Any |
| Place | US prioritized, then other Western markets | US and Canada preferred, others welcome |
| Company age | No age rule stated | No age rule named |
| Number of companies | Not stated | No cap, at least for now |
Which number should you plan around?
The pages. They are what micro1 publishes now, and they say 30+. The talk carries no date, so I treat its figures as history. A micro1 referral partner also said 25 to 30 and then 30 plus in a micro1 video.
If you sit below 30, confirm any exception directly with micro1 and keep the answer in writing. The minimum employees page covers the gap in detail.
Does company age matter?
A micro1 referral partner said in a micro1 video that she looks for companies that have been around at least a few years, with a sizable amount of data (self-reported, about 4:40).
The talk named no age rule and neither do the pages. That makes it a company-age screen from a partner, and micro1 has not listed it as a data-depth requirement.
Is there a data-size threshold?
micro1's pages state no data-size threshold. micro1 staff named an earlier figure of about 1 TB in an undated recorded forum talk, which is history.
A storage count still helps you describe your records on the first call, and the Google Drive page shows where Google reports your Drive size.
What else do the pages describe?
The pages say micro1 wants mature operations with documentation, knowledge bases, CRM data, project histories and QA processes. The undated talk added that any industry can apply.
Language has its own page, micro1 English data requirement, and so does place, micro1 data partnership Canada.
What comes after you meet them?
The first step is a call, and the process page lists every step. Meeting the criteria says nothing about whether you hold the rights to license your records. The rights check covers that, and the full guide puts it in context.
