micro1 Google Drive data: how to check your size

The short answer
micro1's pages state no data-size threshold, but a Drive count helps you describe your records. To check your size, an admin can open the Admin console: Reporting, User Reports, Apps usage. It lists Drive storage in MB per user. One terabyte is about a million megabytes.
The data manifest form in the micro1 data partnership asks for a rough size per tool. Drive is often the biggest one.
Why does Drive size matter to micro1?
In an undated forum talk, micro1 staff named about 1 TB across the corpus as an earlier figure. The current pages give no size threshold. See the requirements page for the current criteria.
How does an admin find the Drive size?
Google's help page for the Apps usage report gives the path: in the Admin console, open the menu, then Reporting, then User Reports, then Apps usage. The report lists "Drive storage used (MB)" for each user, described as megabytes consumed with Drive data (Google Workspace Admin Help).
Google notes that some reports depend on your Workspace edition.
How do you turn that into a total?
Add the per-user figures. One terabyte is about a million megabytes, which gives you a sense of scale for the total.
The manifest form wants rough sizes, so a rounded total is the right level of detail. Follow micro1's own instructions where they differ from this page.
What is in a Drive total?
Everything stored there, including files that are not the company's to license: client documents, personal files and shared folders. A big total says nothing about what you may license. Sort the contents by who owns them before you count.
Does bigger mean a bigger payment?
micro1 said the amount is set per deal and the data page ties its tiers to size, multi-team participation and uniqueness. See what micro1 pays. No outcome is promised.
