License support tickets to AI: what to know first

The short answer
Buyers value resolved support tickets that show the outcome. The customers named in them set the limits. Troveo lists Zendesk and other ticket systems. Troveo says 1,000 resolved tickets with full context beat a million log lines. No per-ticket price is published.
Tickets are structured. Each one has an opener, a thread of replies and an ending. That shape makes them useful to a buyer.
Which ticket systems do buyers name?
Troveo lists these:
- Salesforce, HubSpot, Intercom and Zendesk for support.
- ServiceNow for IT and HR tickets.
- Jira and Asana for project tickets.
Mercor's data page lists GitHub issues next to its other systems.
What makes a ticket valuable?
Troveo's guide says a ticket alone is a data point. It can be linked to other records:
- The Slack thread where it was diagnosed.
- The Jira issue that tracked it.
- The pull request that fixed it.
- The follow-up to the customer.
Then it becomes a complete example of real work. Troveo's guide adds that a recorded outcome, resolved or escalated, adds signal.
Both guides come from a marketplace that licenses data, so read them as its pitch.
What does a ticket export carry?
Customer names, email addresses and account details. Sometimes it also holds what a customer said about a third party. IT and HR tickets can hold employee information, which belongs with the HR records page.
Zendesk's customer agreement says the customer keeps ownership of its service data. The customer must give notices to agents and end users, and get consents from them. Zendesk's data processing terms apply to the extent the data holds personal data. See customer consent for the notice side.
Who removes the names from support tickets?
Troveo says it scrubs names, contact details, credentials and client identities to a documented standard. micro1 says it removes personal information when relevant. A scrubbed ticket can keep a stable label for each customer, and that keeps the thread. Our re-identification page covers that trade.
How does this differ from transcripts?
Tickets are written records. Transcripts of calls and chats add recording questions. See customer service transcripts.
Talk to a privacy or commercial lawyer in your state before you sign. Our rights check covers the contract and personal-data questions, and the free fit check asks where the work happens.
